A 6-Week Women’s Program

The Alignment Series is a gentle, structured reset for women who are doing a lot - and quietly feeling the cost of it.

This is not another commitment to manage.
It is a weekly ritual designed to help you slow down, restore your energy, and reconnect with yourself in a supported, intentional way.

What this program offers

Across six weeks, you’ll be guided through movement, connection, and restorative self-care - all held within a calm, thoughtfully supported container.

Each weekly session includes:

• 45 minutes of guided movement, facilitated by Isobella

• 45 minutes of connection and workshop-style content, guided by Isobella and guests

The workshop component may include guided meditation, intentional conversation, personal growth themes, skincare education, DIY facials, and gentle facial massage.

Sessions are spacious, unhurried, and designed to support nervous system regulation and genuine rest.

Who this is for

The Alignment Series is for women who:

• Feel tired but are still functioning

• Are craving structure without pressure

• Want support, not more noise

• Are ready to reset how 2026 feels

This program is mother-inclusive, but not mother-exclusive.

Bubs are welcome, and a support person will be present each week to allow mums to relax, receive, and fully absorb the experience.

This is especially supportive for women who don’t want their needs, identity, or aspirations to pause during postpartum - but instead want life to continue gently and intentionally, with care.

• A bespoke 6-week wellness journal, created specifically for this program, designed to track behaviours, movement, gratitude, and the full spectrum of the wheel of life

This is not a drop-in series. The Alignment Series is designed to be experienced as a whole, allowing safety, trust, and connection to build over time.

$769 per person for the full 6-week program

Payment options:

• Payment plan available, with a percentage paid upfront and the remainder spread across fortnightly instalments
