Terms of Service & Cancellation Policy
At Sukha Skin and Wellness, your time—and ours—is valued. To ensure we can provide the best experience for every guest, we kindly ask you to review and honour the following terms.
Booking Deposits
A $50 deposit is required to secure all appointments. This amount is credited toward your treatment on the day of service.
Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Notice can be given via phone or email.
– Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will have the deposit transferred as a credit on file for future bookings.
– Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
– Appointments secured with a gift voucher will have the value voided if the booking is missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time to allow us to deliver the full experience you deserve. If you are late, we will honour your booking to the best of our ability within the remaining time, however the treatment will still conclude at the scheduled end time.
