At Sukha, each appointment is thoughtfully prepared and reserved especially for you. As a small, appointment-based studio, we kindly ask for as much notice as possible should your plans change.

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the treatment cost. Failure to attend your appointment will result in the full treatment fee being retained.

This policy allows us the opportunity to offer your reserved time to another guest while respecting the time and preparation dedicated to each appointment.
