At Sukha Skin and Wellness, all products are thoughtfully packed with care and checked thoroughly before dispatch. However, in the rare case that your items arrive damaged or there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
Damaged Items & Breakages
If your item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your parcel via our contact page or by emailing isobella@sukhaskinandwellness.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged items and packaging. Refunds or store credits will be issued at our discretion.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once a product has been opened or used.
Allergic Reactions
In the event of a visible allergic reaction, we may offer a refund or exchange. Photo evidence must be provided via email or in person. Please reach out to us at hello@sukhaskinandwellness.com so we can assist you.
