We begin with an in-depth consultation and OBSERV Skin Analysis, exploring your skin history, current concerns, lifestyle, homecare and goals.

Your skin is then treated with Enzyme Therapy + LED, alongside personalised skin and homecare direction.

We begin by understanding before we treat.

PHASE TWO | PREPARE

60 minutes

Your customised All In Ritual is designed around what your skin needs at this stage of the journey.

This phase is about supporting the skin, strengthening its foundations and preparing it thoughtfully for what comes next.

No templates. No random treatments.

PHASE THREE | TRANSFORM

Skin Needling + Recovery Mask

Once we’ve had time to understand and prepare your skin, we progress into one of Sukha’s most results-focused treatments.

Your final appointment also gives us the opportunity to review your progress, refine your homecare and create a considered roadmap for what comes next.

Skin needling is subject to individual suitability. Where it is not appropriate, an alternative treatment pathway will be recommended.

YOUR FOUNDATIONS JOURNEY

Skin Foundations is designed to give us enough time to understand how your skin responds and progress thoughtfully rather than rushing against a treatment schedule.

Your three appointments must be completed within 12 weeks of your first Foundations appointment.

Treatment timing will be personalised according to your skin, progress and suitability.
